City of Louisville Unofficial Results

On April 1, the City of Louisville held elections for aldermen of Ward 1 and Ward 3. 


In Ward 2, Cody Ming remains Alderman; he ran unopposed as an incumbent. LM Claiborne retained the Alderman-At-Large seat; he was also unopposed at the deadline for qualifications on January 31. Ward Four Alderman and Mayor Pro Tem Eugene Crosby retained his position as well; he was unopposed for this municipal election.


The mayoral seat was also uncontested. 


In Ward 1, Bill McGee received 115 votes to 81 votes received by Hubert Nicholson. 


In Ward 3, Incumbent Steven Hampton won 128 votes, while Charles Mays won 91. Erica Houston (Love) won 37 votes. 


As of press time, affidavit votes had yet to be counted. The City Clerk noted this should be completed by Wednesday afternoon.


We will post official results of the primary election at that time as well as whether a run-off is expected.
